================Description================

YOU are the evil dark lord, however you have lost your source of power, the unholy grail, and you need to get it back by any means necessary.

As the dark lord, you have mastery over the dark arts and so are able take control of unsuspecting humans and disguise yourself as them. Different humans have different abilities and being able to take on the different roles of these humans allows you to gain access to different things. However, your dark power is limited and so you must pick and choose which humans you want to capture and you can only transform into humans for a limited amount of time.

Forcefully battle your way or stealthily sneak through the human city in your Quest for the Unholy Grail!

================Roles Reversed================

This game was made for the 2023 GMTK Game Jam. It had the theme of "Roles Reversed".

This is a bit of a mishmash of many different ideas that I came up with while trying to come up with a game:

  • Reversed pokemon game where you capture the humans
  • Reverse the hero and villain and play as the villain
    • Further reversing the role of the villain by making the villain the underdog.
  •  Changing up your "role" and being able to only do certain things as different "roles"
  • Reverse the environments and make the town the hostile area instead of a dungeon
