You play as Hartburn, the Great Magus as they try to foil a terrible conspiracy in the quiet town of Kuulnaym. Take control of Hartburn's grand repertoire of magicks, such as their... debilitating condition that causes them to eject volatile reflux from his stomach...

Go house to house to slowly root out the uh roots of evil taking hold just beneath the surface. Uh words... Try not to cause too much property damage...

When your stomach acid is on fire, Release [SPACE] to shoot a fireball in the direction designated by the arrow(you'll see)
